How I can support you
I offer personalised nutrition support for:
Gut health & digestive issues (IBS, IBD, & Coeliac disease)
Disordered eating, eating disorders & food relationship repair
Sports & performance nutrition
I work with people all over Australia via virtual consults, and I’d love to help you feel more at ease, clear, and confident about food.
What I’m here to do
Listen, ask questions, and get to know the full picture—so we can figure out what will truly support you.
Fill in any nutrition gaps—whether you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just curious, I’m here to share clear, evidence-based guidance.
Give advice you can actually trust—backed by science and tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.
Promote balance, not perfection—because your well-being is about so much more than just what you eat.
Support you with realistic, sustainable strategies—so you can feel better, not just for now, but for the long haul.
What You Won’t Find Here
No all-or-nothing thinking—because health isn’t black and white.
No banning your favourite foods—food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared.
No rigid meal plans or “good vs bad” food lists—we’re all about flexibility, not food rules.
No judgment—ever—this is a safe, supportive space to explore what works for you.
Consultations
-
What to Expect in Your Initial Consultation
In your first session, we take the time to really understand you—not just your symptoms or goals, but your lifestyle, food habits, medical history, and what’s been going on for you lately. It’s a chance to chat through everything that’s impacting your health, so we can create a plan that actually fits into your life.
Together, we’ll explore what’s working (and what’s not), set some personalised nutrition goals, and outline practical steps to help you feel your best—both now and long-term.
Initial consults usually run for about 60 minutes, and you’ll receive a follow-up email with tailored recommendations and resources.
If you have any recent blood tests, medical reports or a referral from your GP, feel free to bring those along—they can help guide our approach.
Appointments are available via video or phone call —whatever suits you best.

Your Follow-Up Consult
This is where the real magic happens—where we build momentum, tweak the plan, and keep moving forward together.
In your follow-up sessions, we’ll check in on your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and adjust your goals or nutrition strategy as needed. It’s also a great time to dive into new topics that come up along the way—whether that’s gut health, emotional eating, or fine-tuning your routine.
Follow-up consults run for around 40 minutes and are available via telehealth (phone or video).
Rebates
-
Most Australian Private Health Funds give a rebate for visits to Accredited Practising Dietitians. The amount is dependent on your level of coverage. Contact your private health fund for further information about rebates.
No-Show/Cancellations Policy:
Your appointment time is set aside just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows not only impact your progress but also mean someone else misses out on care.
To keep things fair for everyone:
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule (72 hours if your appointment is on a Monday)
Late cancellations or missed appointments (including no-shows) will be charged the full session fee
If you’re running late, we’ll still make the most of the time, but the session will finish as scheduled
If you’re more than 20 minutes late, this will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly
For international clients, all bookings are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)—make sure to double-check your local time
Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Thanks so much for your understanding—this policy helps ensure every client gets the support they need.
